So it appears that someone managed to cature images of law enforcement authorities bouncing a retarted negros head off the trunk of a squad car.
Evidently this recording made it to a news agency.
Therefore it became national news.
Not happy with just showing the clip as it was recorded (in and of itself enough to potentally light the fuse of another American race riot). It appears the news agencies found it clever idea to RE-EDIT the footage for impact.
Don't worry though it gets worse or better depending on your point of view.
The individual who shot the tape was arrested on a warrent and was shown on the nightly news being driven away under arrest yelling for help.
Cameras are such fun.
So.
Official Film Makers question for the day number 1:
What is the first thing you should think as a film maker upon seeing such a thing on the nightly news?

In my opinion there is only one answer.

Remember the september 11th reports, intercut with arabic men and women dancing in the streets?
(I think they were palestinian)

This was footage hastilly and excitedly bought by some CNN employee as the real thing, but he was lied to and it had nothing to do with the reports.

Answer:
Question everything, especially the motives of all government and media.
